Verified Bioactivity
1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human IL-7R alpha&TSLPR, His Tag at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate can bind Human TSLP, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 1.9 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
2.Immobilized Cynomolgus TSLPR, His Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Cynomolgus TSLP, His Tag with the EC50 of 91.2 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
