S-(1,2-Dicarboxyethyl)glutathione
S-(1,2-Dicarboxyethyl) glutathione (DCE-GS) is a platelet aggregation inhibitor. S-(1,2-Dicarboxyethyl) glutathione can be isolated from animal tissues and baker's yeast. S-(1,2-Dicarboxyethyl) glutathione acts as an anticoagulant without chelating calcium ions.
