SIRT5 inhibitor 5 (compound 47) (0-10 µM) shows no significant change in the inhibitory activity in different concentrations of NAD+ (50, 100, 200, 400, 800 µM) and decreases the inhibitory activity in the presence of increased concentrations of Ac-K(Suc)-AMC (10, 30, 90, 270 µM)[1].
