Product Information
A mixed enzyme derived from snails, which degrades the cell walls of yeast and plant cells and is used for protoplast separation or feed, etc.
Instructions
After the yeast cells are treated with thiol compounds, they are suspended in an isotonic sorbitol solution with a pH of 5.8-7.2. 30-40 mg of enzyme per gram of cells is used to dissolve the cell walls at 37°C for 1 h, and the cell wall breaking rate is over 90%.
