Sodium pyrophosphate decahydrate (0.35 M; 40 h) supports wild-type PaAPase-expressing E. coli BL21 to produce an optimal AsA2P titer of 31.1 g/L at 24 h^[1].
Sodium pyrophosphate decahydrate supports PaAPase variant Q6-expressing E. coli BL21 to achieve a 291.1% increase in rt/rh ratio and ~68% AsA conversion under the tested conditions^[1].
Sodium pyrophosphate decahydrate (0.1M PBS; plasma; serum; 10-640 μM, 64 mM L-cysteine (HY-Y0337); 24 h) formulated ^99mTc-IgG radiopharmaceutical remains stable for up to 24 hours, with no detectable IgG fragmentation or aggregation^[2].
