Biological Activity
1,2,3,4,8,9-Hexachlorodibenzofuran (computer simulation analysis) induces aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase and 7-ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase in rat hepatoma H-4-II E cells, and this biological capacity is primarily governed by its polarizability anisotropy (Δα = 214.888 a.u.)[1].
