Description
In Vitro
1,2-Dilinoleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (0-50 mg/mL, 24 h) promotes the lipolysis and apoptosis of adipocyte 3T3-L1 in a TNF α-dependent pathway. Palmitate-induced insulin resistance is alleviated by PPARα-mediated myocyte inflammation inhibition[1].
