Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 Antibody (2.4G2) significantly inhibits the binding of MDALDL to J774 cells[1].
Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 Antibody (2.4G2) (24 h) significantly reduces the production of foam cells by blocking FcγRs in RAW264.7 cells[1].
Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 Antibody (2.4G2) (0.01 mg/mL, 6 days) inhibits anti-body secreting cells (ASC) formation and also reduces T cell cytokine levels such as IFN-γ, IL-10 and TNF-α in T cells from the spleen of F8-/- mice[2].
Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 Antibody (2.4G2) (0.01 mg/mL, 4 days) interferes with the uptake and presentation of FVIII immune complexes by B cells from the spleen of F8-/- mice[2].
