In Vivo
Anti-Mouse CXCL9/MIG Antibody (MIG-2F5.5) (200 μg, i.p., once every 2 days, until complete cessation of graft beating) significantly prolongs the survival time of transplanted hearts and inhibits T cell activation in male C57BL/6J mice[2].
Anti-Mouse CXCL9/MIG Antibody (MIG-2F5.5) (250 μg, i.p., twice weekly, for 2 weeks) reduces the proportion of stem lines and increases the survival of side lines in male NPK mice with prostate cancer induced by Tamoxifen (HY-13757A)[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
