Anti-Mouse IL-18 Antibody (YIGIF74-1G7) (200 μg, 3 times before infection) strongly reduces the protective effects of the T.mu-colonization in Salmonella-infected mice[2].
Anti-Mouse IL-18 Antibody (YIGIF74-1G7) (200 μg, i.p., twice a week for 3 weeks) shows anti-inflammation effect in eosinophilic esophagitis mice models[3].
