Anti-Rat IL-4 Antibody (OX-81) (0.3 μg/mL) can significantly reverse the inhibitory effect of exogenous IL-4 (such as restoring NO and TNF-α to Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) (HY-D1056) stimulated levels) in glial cells[2].

Animal Model:Female Lewis (RT-1l) rats with an myelin basic protein (MBP) (50 μg) induced EAE (12 weeks)[1]
