APC-AF700 is a tandem fluorochrome conjugate for flow cytometry. APC-AF700 can be incorporated into 10-color and 12-color flow cytometry antibody panels (Ex/Em = 633/715 nm)[1].

In Vitro

APC-AF700 conjugated to CD81 (clone M38) yields a stain index of 39.7 in bone marrow B-cell precursors, with measurable spillover into multiple flow cytometry channels that remains manageable with appropriate panel design[1].
APC-AF700 is a suitable RL2 detector fluorochrome for 10- and 12-color flow cytometry panels, with strong performance for dim markers and acceptable spillover into other channels when incorporated into optimized antibody panels[1].
