In Vitro

Bletimalate D (Compound 2) (20 μM; 24 h) exhibits cytotoxicity against NIH/3T3 cells, reducing viability to 70.45 ± 6.98%^[1].
Bletimalate D does not inhibit total collagen production in TGF-β1-activated NIH/3T3 cells, with an IC₅₀ value >50 μM^[1].
