B16-F10 is a mouse cancer cell line derived from Skin and associated with Mouse melanoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. B16-F10 is used as an in vitro model of Mouse melanoma to investigate cell proliferation, oxidative stress, cytotoxicity, and nanoparticle uptake and toxicity.
