Bcap37 is a human cancer cell line derived from Uterus, cervix and associated with Human papillomavirus-related endocervical adenocarcinoma. Bcap37 is immortalized or transformed by Human papillomavirus type 18 (HPV18). Bcap37 is used as an in vitro model of Human papillomavirus-related endocervical adenocarcinoma to investigate mTOR signaling, cell proliferation, and nanoparticle uptake and toxicity.
