BJAB

Definition:

BJAB is a human B-cell-derived cancer cell line derived from Groin and associated with Burkitt lymphoma. BJAB is immortalized or transformed by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). BJAB is used as an in vitro model of Burkitt lymphoma to investigate p53 signaling, apoptosis, cell-cycle control, cytotoxicity, and nanoparticle uptake and toxicity.
