Caov-3 cell line is a human cancer cell line derived from Ovary and associated with High grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. Caov-3 cell line is used as an in vitro model of High grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
