Definition:

CFPAC-1 is a human cancer cell line derived from Liver and associated with Cystic fibrosis and Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. CFPAC-1 is used as an in vitro model of Cystic fibrosis and Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma to investigate p53 signaling.
