Definition:

DMS-114 is a human cancer cell line derived from Lung and associated with Thoracic SMARCA4-deficient undifferentiated tumor. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. DMS-114 is used as an in vitro model of Thoracic SMARCA4-deficient undifferentiated tumor to investigate cell proliferation.
