Definition:

DMS-153 is a human cancer cell line derived from Liver and associated with Lung small cell carcinoma and Small cell lung cancer. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. DMS-153 is used as an in vitro model of Lung small cell carcinoma and Small cell lung cancer to investigate p53 signaling, apoptosis, cell proliferation, and receptor signaling and trafficking.
