E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase TRIM4

Definition:

E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase. Mediates 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitination of the innate immune receptor RIGI, this linkage doesn't lead to proteasomal degradation but seems to enhance IFN induction.
