Definition:
GAK is a human cancer cell line derived from Inguinal lymph node and associated with Vulvar melanoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. GAK is used as an in vitro model of Vulvar melanoma to investigate cell proliferation and gene-expression regulation.
