GCT is a human cancer cell line derived from Lung and associated with Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. GCT is used as an in vitro model of Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma to investigate cell proliferation and gene-expression regulation.
