GIST48
Definition:
GIST48 is a human Interstitial cell of Cajal-derived cancer cell line and associated with Gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. GIST48 is used as an in vitro model of Gastrointestinal stromal tumor to investigate ferroptosis, drug resistance, and cytotoxicity.
