Definition:

H322 is a human Club cell-derived cancer cell line derived from Lung and associated with Minimally invasive lung adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. H322 is used as an in vitro model of Minimally invasive lung adenocarcinoma to investigate TGF-β signaling, SMAD signaling, apoptosis, cell proliferation, and cell migration.
