Definition:

H69AR is a human cancer cell line derived from Pleural effusion and associated with Lung small cell carcinoma and Small cell lung cancer. H69AR is a resistant derivative of NCI-H69 selected against Adriamycin. H69AR is used as an in vitro model of Lung small cell carcinoma and Small cell lung cancer to investigate drug resistance.
