Hep 3B2 is a human cancer cell line derived from Liver and associated with Childhood hepatocellular carcinoma and Pediatric hepatocellular carcinoma. Hep 3B2 is immortalized or transformed by Hepatitis B virus (HBV). Hep 3B2 is used as an in vitro model of Childhood hepatocellular carcinoma and Pediatric hepatocellular carcinoma to investigate EGFR signaling and drug resistance.
