Definition:
HET-1A is a human Epithelial cell of esophagus transformed cell line derived from Esophagus. HET-1A is immortalized or transformed by Simian virus 40 (SV40). HET-1A is used to investigate cell proliferation, cell migration, cell invasion, and cell differentiation in a controlled cellular system.
