Definition:
HFL1 is a human Fibroblast of lung finite cell line derived from Fetal lung. HFL1 has a finite proliferative lifespan and retains primary-cell-like characteristics. HFL1 is used to investigate cell proliferation, cell migration, inflammatory signaling, gene-expression regulation, and hypoxic responses in a controlled cellular system.
