HN12
Definition:
HN12 is a human cancer cell line derived from Lymph node and associated with Tongue squamous cell carcinoma and Squamous cell carcinoma of the oral tongue. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. HN12 is used as an in vitro model of Tongue squamous cell carcinoma and Squamous cell carcinoma of the oral tongue to investigate cell invasion and mitochondrial function.
