HOS-TE85 is a human cancer cell line derived from Bone, right femur and associated with Osteosarcoma. HOS-TE85 is a resistant derivative of HOS selected against N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG. HOS-TE85 is used as an in vitro model of Osteosarcoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
