Hs68 is a human finite cell line derived from Foreskin, skin and associated with Canavan disease. Hs68 has a finite proliferative lifespan and retains primary-cell-like characteristics. Hs68 is used as an in vitro model of Canavan disease to investigate p53 signaling, DNA-damage responses, and mitochondrial function.
