HT-1376 is a human cancer cell line derived from Urinary bladder and associated with Bladder carcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. HT-1376 is used as an in vitro model of Bladder carcinoma to investigate apoptosis, cell proliferation, cell migration, cell invasion, gene-expression regulation, and host-pathogen interactions.
