Definition:

HuCC-A1 is a human cancer cell line derived from Bile duct and associated with Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and Opisthorchis viverrini-related cholangiocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. HuCC-A1 is used as an in vitro model of Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and Opisthorchis viverrini-related cholangiocarcinoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
