Definition:

Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is the main component of immunoglobulin in serum, accounting for about 75% of the total content of immunoglobulin in serum. IgG has four subtypes, namely IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4. IgG is the most important antibody in the body, which has the functions of antiviral neutralization, antibacterial and immune regulation.
