Immunohistochemical (IHC)

Definition:

Immunohistochemical (IHC) Staining is an application of immunostaining.It is based on antigen-antibody reaction, whers it uses antibodies to determine the tissue distribution of an antigen of interest, such as tumor antigens. IHC is an important tool in diagnostic and research.
