L-363 is a human Plasma cell-derived cancer cell line derived from Peripheral blood and associated with Plasma cell myeloma and Multiple myeloma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. L-363 is used as an in vitro model of Plasma cell myeloma and Multiple myeloma to investigate cytotoxicity.
