L132 is a human cancer cell line derived from Uterus, cervix and associated with Human papillomavirus-related endocervical adenocarcinoma. L132 is immortalized or transformed by Human papillomavirus type 18 (HPV18). L132 is used as an in vitro model of Human papillomavirus-related endocervical adenocarcinoma to investigate apoptosis, mitochondrial function, and nanoparticle uptake and toxicity.
