LoVo
Definition:
LoVo is a human cancer cell line derived from Left supraclavicular lymph node and associated with Colon adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. LoVo is used as an in vitro model of Colon adenocarcinoma to investigate apoptosis, cell proliferation, cell invasion, cell-cycle control, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial function.
