Definition:

MAC16 is a mouse cancer cell line and associated with Mouse colon adenocarcinoma. MAC16 is immortalized or transformed by 1,2-dimethylhydrazine (DMH). MAC16 is used as an in vitro model of Mouse colon adenocarcinoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
