MDA-MB-435 is a human cancer cell line derived from Right buttock, hypodermis and associated with Amelanotic melanoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. MDA-MB-435 is used as an in vitro model of Amelanotic melanoma to investigate MAPK signaling, cell proliferation, cell invasion, and gene-expression regulation.
