Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. MDA-MB-468 is used as an in vitro model of Breast adenocarcinoma to investigate TGF-β signaling, HER2 signaling, apoptosis, cell proliferation, cell-cycle control, and oxidative stress.
