MGC-803 is a human hybrid cell line. MGC-803 is immortalized or transformed by Human papillomavirus type 18 (HPV18). MGC-803 is used to investigate PI3K-AKT signaling, AKT signaling, ERK signaling, apoptosis, cell-cycle control, and oxidative stress in a controlled cellular system.
