Definition:

MKN-7 is a human cancer cell line derived from Lymph node and associated with Gastric tubular adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. MKN-7 is used as an in vitro model of Gastric tubular adenocarcinoma to investigate cell invasion and gene-expression regulation.
