MSTO-211H is a human cancer cell line derived from Pleural effusion and associated with Pleural biphasic mesothelioma and Pleural mesothelioma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. MSTO-211H is used as an in vitro model of Pleural biphasic mesothelioma and Pleural mesothelioma to investigate apoptosis, cell proliferation, cell migration, and cell invasion.
