MT4

Definition:

MT4 is a human T-cell transformed cell line derived from Umbilical cord blood. MT4 is immortalized or transformed by Human T-lymphotropic virus 1 (HTLV-1). MT4 is used to investigate EGFR signaling, cell proliferation, cell migration, cell invasion, receptor signaling and trafficking, and hypoxic responses in a controlled cellular system.
