NAMALVA is a human B-cell-derived cancer cell line and associated with EBV-related Burkitt lymphoma and Burkitt lymphoma. NAMALVA is immortalized or transformed by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). NAMALVA is used as an in vitro model of EBV-related Burkitt lymphoma and Burkitt lymphoma to investigate p53 signaling.
