Definition:
NB-4 is a human cancer cell line derived from Bone marrow and associated with Acute promyelocytic leukemia with PML-RARA and Acute promyelocytic leukemia. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. NB-4 is used as an in vitro model of Acute promyelocytic leukemia with PML-RARA and Acute promyelocytic leukemia to investigate cell differentiation and viral infection.
