Definition:

NCI-H1650 is a human cancer cell line derived from Pleural effusion and associated with Minimally invasive lung adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. NCI-H1650 is used as an in vitro model of Minimally invasive lung adenocarcinoma to investigate mTOR signaling, apoptosis, cell proliferation, and cell-cycle control.
