NCI-H2030 is a human cancer cell line derived from Lymph node and associated with Lung adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. NCI-H2030 is used as an in vitro model of Lung adenocarcinoma to investigate β-catenin signaling, cell migration, cell invasion, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition.
